• It uses gateway pages, doorway pages, or bridge pages It advertises
• It contains methods or pricing structures which may mislead the visitor.
• It contains keyword stuffed HTML Comments Tags or metadata abuse.
• It is made for adsense or any other types of ads.
• It offers poor content, no original content, poor design.
• It has no english version / title and description not in english.
• It contains adult, warez, racism, pornographic & illegal content.
• It contains only affiliate ads, sites or programs.
• it utilizes excessive pop-up or pop-under advertising.

•         If your site is rejected:
  
  $10.00 is non-refundable to dissuade unwanted submittals. Whatever is the type of review you have paid for, $10 will not be refunded if your website is rejected for inclusion in our directory because it breaks any of the above submission rules.
