Health is defined as the human’s capability of responding to various challenges and successfully regaining the balance position. Basically there are two aspects of the health, including physical and mental health.


Mental health includes the psychological and emotional wellness of an individual. It is also considered as a state of emotional well-being where an individual uses his emotional and cognitive capabilities. Mental health can be judged by the successful and efficient functioning of a person. There are various signs of mental health, including the recovering from the harsh situation, satisfying the relationships and the leading independent life.


Physical fitness includes the healthy body due to the proper diet, nutrition, efficient work and regular exercise. One of the strongest indications of the health of the organisms is weight or height which increases with the improvement of the health care and nutrition. This factor is also inclined by the quality and living standard.
